From Europe to Italy
Energy Formazione is a no profit organization founded in 1992 that offers training possibilities to young people and disadvantaged persons who find troubles in getting a job and in integrating in the society.Through the activities carried on, the founders have understood that young people have the necessity not only to be involved in formal trainings, but also to deepen other aspects such as solidarity, interculturality, differences, european citizenship, volunteering and all that subjects which are mostly neglected in the formal training programmes.
Our mission is to help young Italians and Europeans improve their professional skills, develop their linguistic abilities and grow as individuals. The Lisbon Process emphasises that Europe must become a knowledge-based economy: Energy is firmly committed to this vision. We work with schools and public organisations to promote European mobility, intercultural programmes, youth exchanges and study visits for teachers and trainers.
We promote and coordinate several actions in the following programmes:
Leonardo da Vinci: sending and hosting organisation for the mobility of young people, students and teachers and in the Learning Partnership
Grundtvig: we promote Workshop, Assistant, Learning Partnership and Multilaterl Projects
Youth in Action: we are a sending and coordinating organisation for EVS, we organise and participate in Youth Exchanges and Training Courses
We are eager to establish new cooperations, to enlarge our network of partners and to create new project!
